My picks: Black Friday

Even if you’re not living in the States where they celebrate Thanksgiving, we still get to enjoy the perks called Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The two days where many stores have so many discounts, it feels like Christmas has come early! Some stores are even so generous, they have already started their sale, which lasts till Monday 2nd. Being the discount lover that I am, I have already got a couple of items in mind that I’m ready to cop. Some of them already are on sale…And some I’m just hoping they’ll go for sale on Friday. Accessorize me, dahling Recently I haven’t been into clothing as much as I am into accessories. Specifically thick and layers of necklaces and oversized earrings. Though, I’ve always been a wearer of big earrings. I believe that the clothing I already own can get a whole different look with some dope jewelry. So, why not get some while they’re on sale? A little bit of Juvia’s Place I bought some products during summer and the products had …

7 Maxi dresses to be all kinds of extra for Virgo-season

If you’ve been following me on Pinterest, you might have noticed a sudden flood of dresses coming by. It’s because unbeknownst to me, I sorta kinda started a tradition. Last year I chose to celebrate my birthday in Malta, as I didn’t really saw the point in celebrating my birthday back home. The whole, people are coming over and I have to take care of their foods and drinks isn’t my thing. I’m not a very hospitable person tbh. Can you believe I almost graduated in International Hospitality Management, tho? Anywho, as I’m not feeling that idea I choose to celebrate my birthday on my terms (as anyone should) by going abroad on my birthday. Last year was Malta, and this year it’s London. When I told some people about my trip, they immediately asked me: do you already have a dress? When I went to Malta last year, I got this beautiful off shoulder gown sewn by an old schoolmate of mine and apparently it was to their liking as I’m expected to have …

Fabulous Findings for August

Can’t believe we’re already in August. It feels like New Year’s eve was only yesterday. Yet, here we are.  And just like any other month, I have a little list of things I would love to have in my home. Or in this case, visit. Gymshark Utra Seamless Set Since I started running, I got myself one pair leggings and one windjacket. I didn’t want to buy more because knowing myself, I wasn’t sure I was gonna enjoy it. I had already bought a pair of somewhat expensive sneakers due to my knees, we had to limit the spending somewhere. But I’ve been running for 2 months now and I think I deserve some new additions to my running gear. Reuseable waterbottle For my new (ginger)water addiction. Stay hydrated in style. Related: My newfound guilty pleasures Organza balloon sleeved blouse Estare just snatched my edges with this blouse. And not just mine, but apparently everyone else’s. If you scroll through the comments, you can see people repeatedly asking where she got her blouse from. Including …

5 Pink blazer dresses to die for

Almost 2 months ago I attended the wedding of my lovely cousin. I had been looking forward to her wedding for quite some time, but I hadn’t prepared my wardrobe for it. I had no clue what to wear and to be honest, I wasn’t gonna spend too much money on a dress because it would just end in the back of my closet and probably never be worn or even seen again. So, my first idea was to borrow a dress from my sister. Problem is: we have entirely different body types and entirely different tastes. I knew this was a risk, but she has sooooo many clothes. Something had to work out. It didn’t. As always, I ended up looking like Cinderella’s stepsister trying on the glass shoe. Only one of the dresses was a meh, but it wasn’t a full on yasssss. It was a blazer dress in dusty pink. Dusty pink is perfect for my doll-like sister. Not so much for me. The fit was good tho. So we made it …

Ode to Gizmo

As a little kid, the movie Gremlins was one of the movies that gave me nightmares till at least 16.  Still I named my pup Gizmo (R.I.P). So, when my brother-in-law got me this shirt, I got super excited. Because I could now wear the image of the creature I named my baby after.
