Fabulous Findings for August

Can’t believe we’re already in August. It feels like New Year’s eve was only yesterday. Yet, here we are.  And just like any other month, I have a little list of things I would love to have in my home. Or in this case, visit. Gymshark Utra Seamless Set Since I started running, I got myself one pair leggings and one windjacket. I didn’t want to buy more because knowing myself, I wasn’t sure I was gonna enjoy it. I had already bought a pair of somewhat expensive sneakers due to my knees, we had to limit the spending somewhere. But I’ve been running for 2 months now and I think I deserve some new additions to my running gear. Reuseable waterbottle For my new (ginger)water addiction. Stay hydrated in style. If you scroll through the comments, you can see people repeatedly asking where she got her blouse from. Including …

5 Pink blazer dresses to die for

Almost 2 months ago I attended the wedding of my lovely cousin. I had been looking forward to her wedding for quite some time, but I hadn’t prepared my wardrobe for it. I had no clue what to wear and to be honest, I wasn’t gonna spend too much money on a dress because it would just end in the back of my closet and probably never be worn or even seen again. So, my first idea was to borrow a dress from my sister. Problem is: we have entirely different body types and entirely different tastes. I knew this was a risk, but she has sooooo many clothes. Something had to work out. It didn’t. As always, I ended up looking like Cinderella’s stepsister trying on the glass shoe. Only one of the dresses was a meh, but it wasn’t a full on yasssss. It was a blazer dress in dusty pink. Dusty pink is perfect for my doll-like sister. Not so much for me. The fit was good tho. So we made it …

Ode to Gizmo

As a little kid, the movie Gremlins was one of the movies that gave me nightmares till at least 16.  Still I named my pup Gizmo (R.I.P). So, when my brother-in-law got me this shirt, I got super excited. Because I could now wear the image of the creature I named my baby after.

Shopping list: Open Back Tops

Last Sunday it was an actual SUNday! Giving me a chance to whip out one of my favorite sweaters. Me feeling myself in this weather, took the chance to snap a pic and obviously posted this on IG. After posting this photo I got the question where I got my sweater from. And honestly I got this sweater 2 (or maybe even 3) years ago from Boohoo.com. But me feeling the need to answer this question on a more positive note, I decided to take it upon myself to find out if there are any similar looking sweaters available now. Which inspired me to make this shopping list of open back tops. So thank you, Quain_trelle, for the inspiration! I hope you’ll find any to your liking! Alright then, let’s get on with the list. Tropical Vibes

| Entire outfit: H&M | Ahhh, the delight of being back in my tropical surroundings. No more layers on layers. No more chunky wear that hide all the effort I’ve been doing in the gym (read: little to no effort). No coat to hide my outfit I put effort into. The only coat I’m wearing these days is branded El Sol made of Vitamin D. I genuinely can’t properly put in words how amazing I feel, but I could show it through my outfit. Wearing my favorite skirt and my new sneakers I went out on day one and found the opportunity to take some pictures while savoring the tropical vibes.
